All house snags will be accompanied by a drone video and thermal imagery report as standard, this allows us to check the roof, gutter and soffit finishes aswell as any heat loss issues. Such as leaking underfloor heating or lack of insulation in cavities and roof spaces.

2 Bedroom House = £350
3 Bedroom House = £375
4 Bedroom House = £400
For houses bigger than 4 bedrooms please add £50 per bedroom for the fee.
Flats/Apartments
Studio= £250
1 Bed Flat = £300
2 Bed Flat = £325
3 Bed Flat = £350
Revisits
Revisits to close out snags after they have been put right are a charge of £100.
Advocating for You
If you want us to take all the stress away and deal with the developer directly, we can do this for a fee of £100.
You will need to be in attendance to allow access to the property.
At no point will we be responsible for keys.
